Before Bethel:  All-Conference (Suburban East) 2007...school record holder in career and single season assists...team captain...played for Crossfire Volleyball club.

About Kate:  Smith graduated from Mounds View High School in 2008.  During high school she participated and lettered in volleyball.  She also earned awards for Volleyball Team Captain,  All-Conference, Academics, MVP, Best Offensive Player, and breaking two school records.  In her free time Kate likes to play volleyball, be with family and friends, be outside, and travel.

Why Bethel?:  "I chose to come to Bethel because of the Christian atmosphere, the people, the location, and the sports."
