Elijah, son of Darcy Bervik, graduated from Front Range Christian School in Littleton, CO.  In high school, he played basketball, in which he was voted All-Conference first team both his junior and senior year, and football, in which he was named All-Conference second team as well as being a team captain.  In a football game against his school rival, he tallied 1.5 sacks, 2 blocked punts, and 2 forced fumbles. Elijah is majoring in Business Finance and Human Resources at Bethel.
