2026 ALLSTATE AFCA GOOD WORKS TEAM RELEASE
ARDEN HILLS, MINN.—Bethel University senior offensive lineman Jaegar Ash has been named to the 2026 Allstate AFCA Good Works Team, one of the most prestigious honors in college football recognizing student-athletes for their dedication to serving others. Ash is the 14th-straight Royal to land a spot on the AFCA Good Works Team.
Jaegar has made a lasting difference through his commitment to volunteering in the community, which includes the Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA).
Ash, a native of Milaca, Minnesota, is one of only 22 players selected from 162 nominees. The AFCA Good Works Team is chosen annually by the American Football Coaches Association and Allstate Insurance Company. The award highlights student-athletes who demonstrate excellence in volunteerism, community service, and impact beyond the game.
Following the 2025 season, Ash was named to the MIAC All-Conference Offense Team, as well as the D3football.com All-Region Second Team Offense.
The Allstate AFCA Good Works Team was established in 1992 by the College Football Association, recognizing the extra efforts made by college football players and student support staff off the field. The AFCA became the governing body of the award in 1997 and continues to honor college football players who go the extra mile for those in need. Allstate worked to present the award starting with the 2008 season.
