NORTHFIELD, MINN.—The No. 26 Bethel University women's tennis team defeated St. Olaf 7-0 in Northfield, Minnesota on Monday afternoon.
The Royals improve to 17-1, 7-1 MIAC, while the Oles fall to 9-8, 2-7 MIAC.

Bethel cruised through the doubles flight thanks to a 6-0 victory from Bryna Eigenfeld/Claire Keller at No. 3, a 6-2 win from Lauryn Douglas/Michaella Sullivan at No. 1, and a 6-3 triumph from Payton Douglas/Elisabeth Langhus at No. 2.
Lauryn Douglas cruised to a 6-1, 6-0 win at No. 1 singles. Keller followed with a 6-1, 6-1 victory at No. 3. Malia McKinnon took care of business 6-2, 6-1 at No. 4, while Langhus came up on top 6-2, 6-2 at No. 4.Â
Michaella Sullivan registered her 100th career victory at No. 2 singles by a 6-3, 6-1 margin. Zadie Walvatne rounded out the Royals with a 6-2, 6-4 decision at No. 6.
Bethel will travel to No. 23 Gustavus Adolphus on Friday, April 24 for a 4:30 p.m. match.
