Lauryn Douglas Picked Up Wins at No. 1 Singles and Doubles at No. 23 Gustavus Adolphus

ST. PETER, MINN.—The No. 29 Bethel University women's tennis team prevailed at No. 1 doubles and singles in a 6-1 loss at No. 23 Gustavus Adolphus on Friday.

"Unreal day for Lauryn, and for Lauryn and Michaella in doubles" said Royals head tennis coach Drew Fernelius. "We actually had a match point at No. 3 doubles too and Michaella almost won her singles. Team played one of their best matches of the year against the best team we play this season."

The Royals fall to 17-2, 6-2 MIAC, while the Gusties improve to 27-5, 5-0 MIAC.
