ARDEN HILLS, MINN.—The Bethel University women's track & field team had individuals compete at the University of Minnesota Snowshoe Open, and the St. Olaf Tostrud Classic on Friday.

UNIVERSITY OF MINNESOTA SNOWSHOE OPEN (RESULTS)
A pair of Royals tied school records courtesy of Ellie Hernes's third-place mark of 5.41m in the long jump, and Alethia Olson-Skog's fourth-place time of 7.70 in the 60 meter dash. Olson-Skog's 7.70 also puts her at No. 25 in NCAA Division III. Hernes kept the third-place trend going with a 11.27m in the triple jump, as did Michaela Zenz in the 60 meter hurdle prelims (9.10) and finals (9.23).

Second place was in the cards for Shalom Sulungaine, whose 56.58 in the 400 meter dash moves her to No. 9 nationally.

ST. OLAF TOSTRUD CLASSIC (RESULTS)
Anna Speratos claimed the weight throw title with a career-best 17.98m, which ranks fifth in the country. Nora Larsen registered a second-place mark of 12.93m in the shot put, and a third-place toss of 17.98m in the weight throw.

The top two spots on the 3000 meter run podium belonged to Anna Cargill (10:56.21) and Lucy Upton (10:56.72). Ava Nibbelink crossed the finish line at 19:23.09 in the 5000 meter run, which put her in third place.
