BLOOMINGTON, Minn. – Sophomore
Carter Sheard became the first Bethel University men's tennis player to be named the MIAC Singles Player of the Year. He was also named to the MIAC singles and doubles All-Conference Team.
Dylan Magistad and
Watson Sheard joined him on both singles and doubles team. Zach Chaffey was named to the All-MIAC Doubles Team while earning honorable mention honors for singles play.

• It's his second major accolade after earning MIAC Rookie of the Year in 2024.
• Two-time All-MIAC Singles and Doubles honoree.
• Went 8-1 as the Royals' No. 1 singles player in MIAC play. His only loss came to Gustavus Adolphus. Four of those wins came in third-set tiebreaker.
• In conference matches, went 5-4 at the No. 1 doubles position with
Watson Sheard.
