ARDEN HILLS, MINN.—The Bethel University men's tennis team wrapped their 2025-26 regular season with a 7-0 victory over Saint John's at Ona Orth Complex on Saturday. Carter Sheard, Watson Sheard, Zack Chaffey, Dylan Magistad, Ryan Reid and Ethan Ahrar were honored for senior day.
The Royals improve to 18-3, 6-3 MIAC, while the Johnnies fall to 2-11, 1-7 MIAC. Bethel, currently tied for third place, will learn their playoff seed/opponent following Sunday's slate of MIAC matches.

The doubles flight resulted in 6-1 victories from Dylan Magistad/Carter Sheard at No. 1, and Zack Chaffey/Watson Sheard at No. 2. Winning 6-0 at No. 3 doubles was Zach Bengtson/Micah Gustafson.
The singles flight resulted in a 6-0, 6-0 win from Dylan Magistad at No. 2, while the No. 1 spot saw Carter Sheard register a 6-2, 6-1 victory. Watson Sheard prevailed 6-3, 6-4 at No. 3. Chaffey was victorious 6-0, 6-2 at No. 4. Kade Bishop took care of business 6-1, 6-0 at No. 5, as did Ryan Reid 7-6 (7-4), 6-4 at No. 6.
