ARDEN HILLS, Minn. - The Bethel University men's soccer team achieved their second victory of the season in their match versus Crown College on Saturday night. BU moves to 2-0 on the season.

The game was highly competitive, with seven cautions and one ejection administered throughout. Bethel received three yellow cards while Crown received four yellow cards and a red.

The Royals out shot the Polars in both halves, 16 to 4.

Sophomore Ryan Swanda gave the Royals a leg up on the scoreboard on a critical penalty kick in the 78th minute.

Bethel's defense shut down Crown's offense in the remaining minutes, giving the Royals a 1-0 victory.
