WAVERLY, Iowa – The Bethel University women's golf team tied for seventh at the 17-team Wartburg Fall Invite played at Prairie Links Golf Course in Waverly, Iowa. The Royals carded a 617 (307-310) on the weekend tying with Dubuque. MIAC foe St. Catherine won the tournament with a 582 with Carleton finishing second at 600.
 
Bethel's "B" team placed 13th carding a 653 (327-326)
 
Greta McArthur paced the Royals finishing ninth with a five-over-par 149. She carded a four-over-par 76 on the opening day with a pair of birdies. She took off three strokes on Sunday with a one-over-par 73.
 
Leading the "B" team was Christina Scheid tying for 20th with a 153 (78-75).

The Royals are back in action next Saturday and Sunday at the DIII Classic hosted by Gustavus Adolphus.
