Royals Bid Farewell To Coach Trent Anderson With Third-Place Finish at St. Kate's Invite

HASTINGS, MINN.—The Bethel University women's golf team concluded their 2025-26 season at the St. Kate's Spring Invite on May 2-3. The Royals took third place out of five teams with a 645 (+61) in the two-round event. Carleton's 601 (+17) won them the team title, which included a -3 in the second round.

Winning the individual crown was Anna Lee (Carleton), who finished with a 146 E.

Leading the Royals on the leaderboard was Sophie Brantner, who finished tied for 10th place with a 159 (+13). This included a 78 in round one, and an 81 in round two.

Christina Scheid and Kendall Hoag each tied for 13th place with a 162 (+16). Each of their scoreboards were single-round scores of 79, accomplished by Kendall Hoag on day one, and Scheid on day two.

Raelynn Pannhoff took 21st place with a 167 (+21), followed by Josie Brantner in 22nd place with a 169 (+23).

This was the final meet for the illustrious career of Royals head women's coach Trent Anderson.
