SAINT PAUL, Minn.- The Bethel University women's soccer team capitalized on its opportunities picking up a 2-1 victory at Hamline on Saturday. The Royals extending their winning streak to four over the Pipers while picking up their first MIAC win of the year.
HOW IT HAPPENED
• Bethel worked to get momentum going with five shots before finding the back of the net in the 37th minute
• Having already taken a shot on frame 60 seconds prior,
Malia Beilby connected with an assist from Hallie Foster
• Hamline came out of the break creating early scoring changes and forcing
Izzy Smith into a couple of early saves.

Sonia Meyer lengthened Bethel's lead with her team-leading goal in the 56th minute.
• Hamline denied BU of a shutout with a goal in the 66th minute.
