ARDEN HILLS, MN - The Bethel University Royals beat the Cornell College Rams in their first game of the Region IX Invite on Friday evening. The game was decided in 4 sets with scores of (25-21, 22-25, 25-15, 25-13). This was the first meeting of these two schools since 2012 and Bethel has made it an official winning streak going up 3-0 all time.

Bethel University will play two games on Saturday, Sept. 17 as part of the Region IX invitational. The first will be against Wartburg at noon and the second will be against St. Olaf at 4 p.m. to close the tournament.
