LAKE FOREST, Ill. – After surrendering the game's first goal the Bethel University men's hockey team rattled off seven unanswered goals defeating Lake Forest in the series opener, 7-1.
HOW IT HAPPENED
• Lake Forest scored its lone goal of the night at the 8:34 mark of the first.

Adam Bricker and
Jake Herter each tallied their second goal of the season putting BU up 2-1.
• With 26 seconds left in the first,
Jarrett Cammarata scored his team-leading seventh goal of the year doing so on the power play.
•
Jack Bayless and
Dylan Giorgio each scored in the opening 10 minutes of the second.
Dane Stoyanoff tallied his first goal of the year with 51 seconds left before the intermission.

Tyler Braccini had the lone goal in the third.
• BU's special teams killed off all five penalties.
• The Royals out shot the Foresters 37-24.

Travis Allen had 23 saves in the crease.
