ARDEN HILLS, Minn. – Nicole Miller closes out an incredible career with the Bethel University women's golf team earning WGCA All-American Second Team honors, announced by the Women's Golf Coaches Association late last week.
In addition, Miller was named to the All-Midwest Region team along with teammate Anna Tollefson.

Miller, who had previously earned All-American Honorable Mention accolades, is the first Royal named to an All-American team. In addition, she now becomes a four-time WGCA All-Region honoree, just the second player ever to do it in program history.

Going down as one of the best golfers in program history, she departs as Bethel's all-time best scoring average leader with a 77.11 in 61 rounds. Finishing the year playing 14 rounds, she holds the program's best scoring average in a season with a 76.3. Making her second NCAA Championships appearance she closed the books on her collegiate career with a 14th place finish carding a 72-hole career-best 313 (+25).

She adds the post season accomplishments to her MIAC Player and Senior of the year tag while finishing a four-time All-Conference honoree.

Anna Tollefson earned her second All-Region honor in as many years. She recorded top-10 finishes in all four events this spring that she competed in, including a fourth-place finish at the Carleton-St. Olaf Spring Invite. Tollefson carded a 236 at the MIAC Championships placing in a tie for 10th. Earning her second straight All-MIAC honor. Her 79.7 season average, in nine rounds, ranked eighth in the MIAC.
