ARDEN HILLS, Minn. – The No. 24th-ranked Bethel University volleyball team earned its 12th straight set victory of the season defeating the College of St. Scholastica inside the Robertson Center 25-10, 25-17, 25-16.

Emily Rossing and Kirstin Cotter each reached double digit figures with 11 kills while Hannah Wilhite captured 34 assists. BU forced the Saints to hit a mere .069 while hitting .299 themselves.

A 7-1 start in the first, where Bethel never trailed, helped them take the opening set 25-10. Rylee Forshee and Kelsie Sealock each helped the cause with two service aces.

A handful of varying errors by the Saints gave BU a 11-9 advantage in the second. A seven-point run by BU ended with a Danielle Friedges kill making the lead 20-11. Wilhite kept setting Friedges who tallied four kills in the set on 12 swings.

BU got better at the net as the night went on hitting a set-best .308 in the third. Tied in the early parts of the third, BU ran away with it thanks to an early six-point run. Off the bench, Grace Solberg stole the show with five kills on eight attempts including the match-winning kill.
