Bethel Football Record Book
BLOOMINGTON, Minn. - The Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference announced their postseason football awards for 2019 and a total of 14 Bethel Royals were honored. Bethel had four First Team All-Conference selections, six Second Team All-Conference selections, three Honorable Mention All-Conference selections and one member on the MIAC All-Sportsmanship Team. Earning First Team All-Conference honors were
Jack Fiedler,
Cale Ferrin,
Mike Delich and
John Sfire while
Jaran Roste,
Sam Gibas,
Drew Larsen,
Danny Munoz,
Levi Duininck, and
Tavian Swanson were Second Team members.
Kyle Peach,
Sid Boros and
Matt Feldick were the Honorable Mention choices while
Riley McCann was the Bethel representative on the All-Sportsmanship Team.Â

The four First Team selections grows Bethel's total in the 31 seasons of Head Coach
Steve Johnson's tenure to 170. Since the MIACÂ began designating Second Team All-Conference selections in 2003 Bethel has had 107 honorees. The Royals have had an offensive lineman on every All-Conference First Team since 2003, a span of 17 consecutive years, and 23 total selections. Bethel has also placed on offensive lineman on the Second Team in all but two seasons since 2003 with 19 total selections.
Bethel's 2019 First Team All-Conference selections included one senior (Ferrin), a junior (Fiedler) and two sophomores (Delich, Sfire). The Second Team included two seniors (Duininck, Larson), three juniors (Swanson, Munoz, Gibas) and a sophomore (Roste) while the Honorable Mention selections were made up of a senior (Peach) and two sophomores (Boros, Feldick). Bethel is eligible to return nine of their 13 All-Conference honorees in 2020. Â
