ARDEN HILLS, Minn. - The Bethel University volleyball team returned to their winning form with a dominant win over Macalester Saturday afternoon. The Royals swept the Scots by scores of 25-15, 25-18 and 25-10. The win improves the Royals to 22-6 on the year and 6-3 in the MIAC as they continue their push to get in the MIAC playoffs and possibly host a first-round game with a top-four finish.
Seniors
Brooke Olstad and
Tina Hoppe led the way Saturday for Bethel with 14 and 12 kills respectively. Olstad chipped in with three digs, three blocks and two aces.
Hannah Wilhite totalled 30 assists in the three set match.
The Royals will travel to Carleton College on Wednesday night for a matchup with the Knights before the regular season finale at Augsburg next Saturday afternoon.
