ARDEN HILLS, Minn. - The Bethel University men's soccer team put up an inspired effort against the No. 5 ranked University of St. Thomas, falling by a 1-0 score on senior day. Bethel and their eight seniors played the Tommies extremely tough on a cold day with snow remnants still showing on the Ona Orth Athletic Complex field. In the end UST was able to get a goal off a loose ball in the box in the 63rd minute to give St. Thomas an unbeaten MIAC season and regular season championship.
Bethel started all eight of their seniors in the season finale. UST outshot the Royals 11-4 and 6-2 on shots on goal. Senior
