ARDEN HILLS, Minn. — Bethel University's volleyball team enjoyed a special night as they not only celebrated their three seniors prior to the match, but they also stayed perfect at home and kept their MIAC Playoff hopes alive with a 3-1 victory over Carleton College. The Royals (17-6, 6-4 MIAC) dropped the opener to the Knights (8-12, 4-6 MIAC) 23-25, but rebounded well with 25-16, 25-16, and 25-19 victories in the subsequent three sets.

Tina Hoppe put forth an exceptional effort, as the junior tallied 15 kills, 11 digs, and seven service aces, while hitting .222 throughout the match. Kristin Stern continued her efficient play, as the senior composed 13 kills and just two errors on 31 swings (.355) to go along with her five block assists.
