RIVER FALLS, Wis. - The Bethel University men's hockey team suffered a 7-2 defeat on the road at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls on Friday night. The Falcons scored twice in the first period, once in the second and four times in the third to gradually pull away from the Royals who scored their goals in the first and third periods.
Jay Paul scored Bethel' first goal short handed while
George Splichal scored Bethel's second goal.
The loss drops Bethel to 1-11-2 while UWRF improved to 7-9-1. Bethel will head north on Saturday to take on the University of Wisconsin-Superior at 7 p.m. in Superior.
