SALEM, Va.—D3football.com released the 2016 All-America team prior to the NCAA Division III championship game late Friday night and among those honored was Bethel University tight end
Drew Neuville. Neuville, who was recognized on the Third Team, becomes BU's 23rd player that received D3football.com All-America accolades and the sixth honored to the Third Team.

Neuville recorded 34 catches for 463 yards and two touchdowns during his senior season. A staple at tight end for the Royals over the last four years, Neuville also helped BU finish the year ranked No. 3 in total sacks allowed (0.4 per game) and No. 19 in tackles for loss allowed (4.4 per game).

His most noteworthy game during 2016 came at Carleton, when he hauled in four passes for 76 yards and one touchdown. Moreover, Neuville's most dominant career performance came at UW-Stout in 2015's season opener when he caught seven passes for 92 yards and two touchdowns. Over the course of his prolific career Neuville amassed 110 catches for 1,360 yards and 10 touchdowns.
