BLAINE, Minn. – The Bethel University women's hockey team fell at home to the No. 2-ranked University of Wisconsin-River Falls Saturday night by a 4-0 score. The Falcons, who finished as the national runners-up last year, scored three second period goals to pull away from the Royals, who themselves are receiving votes in the USCHO.com Top 10 poll. Two of the Falcons scores where on the power play while one was scored shorthanded. The final goal of the night came at even strength late in the third period.
The Falcons outshot the Royals 42-12 on the night as Bethel goalie
