Box Score ARDEN HILLS, Minn.—Fresh off of Friday evening's road win over Saint Mary's University, Bethel University's volleyball team welcomed the University of St. Thomas Saturday for a 3 p.m. matinee. The Royals (15-9, 5-5 MIAC) celebrated five senior players and one senior trainer prior to the final home match, but the Tommies (19-7, 7-2 MIAC) spoiled BU's momentous occasion by defeating BU 3-0. UST got off to a quick start with a 25-12 victory in the first, followed by 25-20 and 25-22 wins in the second and third set, respectively.

Bethel finished the match with 44.0 points on 36 kills, five aces, and three blocks, while also recording 35 assists and 37 digs.
Callie Sinclair led the Royals on offense with 15 kills and seven digs, alongside a .313 hitting percentage.
Tina Hoppe also finished with double-digit kills, tallying 11 throughout the match.

Meanwhile,
Holly Ellwanger completed her day with 25 assists and a team-high 10 digs. She and Sinclair both had a pair of service aces as well.
Dominique Dabu composed eight digs from the back row.

Together the five players have led Bethel to a 71-44 record (.621) over the last four seasons with two trips to the MIAC Playoffs and one appearance in the NCAA Division III Tournament that resulted in an excursion to the Elite 8.

The Royals closeout their conference schedule with a road contest at Macalester on Tuesday, October 25, followed by a Saturday trip to Whitewater, Wisconsin on October 29, when they play Milikin University and UW-Whitewater at 4 p.m. and 6 p.m.
