NORTHFIELD, Minn.—Bethel University's volleyball team won its fourth consecutive match Wednesday night after defeating St. Olaf College on the road in straight sets. The Royals' MIAC victory improved BU's overall record to 15-6 with a 5-2 mark in conference play.

Bethel's victory over the Oles came rather quickly, winning the first set 25-19, followed by a 25-13 win in game two, and a 25-21 result in the third and final frame. St. Olaf had amassed a 19-16 lead in the third game, but the Royals strung together a 9-2 run to finish the set with a four-point triumph.

BU posted 43 points throughout the night on 34 kills, four aces, and five blocks. The Royals hit .260 as a team with
Kristin Stern leading the way at .381. Stern led all players with nine kills and one block. Following Stern was
Carlee Hoppe and
Tina Hoppe, who each posted seven kills and hit .222 and .286, respectively.

Kali Johnson led all players with 21 digs, while
Carlee Hoppe added eight.
Mikayla Morrow led the Royals with 16 assists, while
Katie Lubben finished with 12.

St. Olaf's Kersten Bork led all players with 25 assists.

Bethel is now in fourth place among all league opponents with four conference matches remaining in the regular season. The Royals face their final four nonconference opponents of the season this weekend at the UW-La Crosse Tournament before they finish with four MIAC contests in the final two weeks.
