Tournament WebsiteARDEN HILLS, Minn.—The Bethel University volleyball team will enjoy its home opener Friday evening as part of the 2014 Bethel Invitational, where the Royals will play host to seven other teams throughout the two-day tournament. Teams included in the weekend venue are Buena Vista, Concordia, Luther, Martin Luther, Nebraska Wesleyan, Principia, and St. Olaf.
The entire tournament schedule, along with links to live stats and webcasts, can be seen by clicking on the tournament website link at the top. BU will take on Buena Vista in their first home match of the 2014 campaign, with the first serve scheduled for 6 p.m. Immediately following that match, the Royals host Martin Luther College on the same court at 8 p.m. Bethel's matches tonight will be the first live competition in the
newly renovated Robertson Gym.
At the conclusion of Saturday's final match, an All-Tournament team will be selected by the eight participating coaches. Fans from outside the metro can find hotels and local food choices at the top link as well.
