Box Score Box ScoreNORTHFIELD, Minn. – The Bethel University women's soccer team opened up MIAC play with a 2-0 loss on the road to St. Olaf College Tuesday afternoon. The Oles scored early on in both periods and held off the Royals attacks to gain their first win of the season and keep Bethel winless.
St. Olaf outshot the Royals 12-7, the first time in the last four games that Bethel has been outshot, and put eight of their 12 shots on goal to just four by Bethel.
Micale Jensen made six saves for Bethel.
The Royals return to action at home against Augsburg College on Saturday morning at 11 a.m.
