ARDEN HILLS, Minn. – The Bethel University women's soccer team dropped their afternoon match to the Blazers from the College of St. Benedict's by a final score of 7-0. It was an overcast, windy day with temperatures in the upper forties.
The Blazers dominated the game all afternoon long, scoring their first goal within five minutes of the opening kickoff and never turning back. Aly Hoffman and Grace Vaughn had two goals apiece for St. Ben's.
Bethel drops to 4-8 on the season and 1-5 in Minnesota Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (MIAC) play. They take to the road on Tuesday, traveling to Moorhead to take on Concordia in search of another MIAC win.
