ARDEN HILLS, Minn. - The Lady Royals defeated St. Catherine's on Wednesday 4-0. The win improves Bethel's conference record to 2-2, and 6-2-1 overall.

Four different Royals contributed to the scoring as Bethel out shot the Wildcats 21-11. In the first period Anne Fazio (Jr., Holland, Mich.) scored the first goal of the game just after the 20 minute mark. Then in the second half of play Kate Nygren (So., Northfield, Minn.), Leah Hardie (Sr., Ankeny, Iowa), and Renn Gardner (Fr., Littleton, N.H.) each added to Bethel's lead.

Senior goal keeper Alyssa Riggs (Columbia Heights, Minn.) grabbed five shots on goal to prevent the Wildcats from getting on the board.

The Bethel women will be back in action on Friday, taking on Cornell College. The Rams are 4-6 on the season.
