ARDEN HILLS, Minn - The Bethel women's soccer team was back in action today hosting the Concordia Cobbers. The Cobbers came into the match with an impressive 4-0 record for conference play.The Royals were able to score early thanks to
Sophie Christiansen (So., Portland Ore.). That single goal kept the team in contention the rest of the match.
Christiansen is now the team scoring leader with 15 points on the season. Also contributing to the Royals cause was Sr.
Alyssa Riggs (Columbia Heights, Minn.) who had 6 saves in the match.
Now with a overall record of 5-2-2 and a MIAC record of 2-1-1 the Royals look ahead to their next competition against Macalester College at Bethel on Friday. The Scots are 5-4 overall and 1-2 in the MIAC.
