ARDEN HILLS, Minn. - Catie Helle has been selected as the MIAC Volleyball hitter of the week.

The Royals went 2-3 this week in matches with a very impressive win over #12 St. Olaf. Caitie Helle (So., Onamia, Minn.) has been a major contributor to the Royals ability to turn things around these last few matches.

Looking at the stats for her last match against UW-Superior Helle combined for 12 kills on 26 total attempts for a .423%. In that same match she also had 4 service aces and 4 digs. Adding to that impressive match Helle was also contributed to an amazing 20 team blocks in the match against St. Olaf.

The team is home on Wednesday to host Macalaster College in what will be the first of five final conference matches. The Royals are currently 8th in the MIAC with a conference record of 2-4 and 10-12 overall.
