Scott Kirchoff is in his 13th season tutoring Bethel's quarterbacks following a prolific career of his own with the Royals. 

BETHEL QUARTERBACK'S UNDER KIRCHOFF 
• Erik Peterson 2013 MIAC MVP
• Peterson set new Bethel single season records in 2013 for Yards (3,034), Completions (221), Completion Percentage (70.2%), and Touchdowns (24)

• Peterson became Bethel's second all-time leading career passer with 7,534 yards
• Josh Aakre 2011 MIAC First Team All-Conference
• Aakre led the MIAC in Pass Efficiency in 2009 & 2011

• Aakre played two seasons of professional football in Germany
• Ben Wetzell 2007 MIAC MVP and two-time First Team All-Conference
• Jake Marsh named Honorable Mention MIAC All-Conference as a freshman in 2016


PLAYING CAREER
• Four-year starter at Bethel from 2000-2003
• Led the Royals to two MIAC championships and three NCAA playoff appearances
• Three-time MIAC First Team All-Conference selection
• Holds Bethel all-time career records in attempts (1,041), yards (8,108), completions (636), and touchdowns (65).
• Ranks third all-time in the MIAC in career passing yards

STUDENT LIFE
• Works in Bethel's Student Life deparment as the Assistant Dean for Leadership Development

FAMILY
• Lives in White Bear Lake with wife Megan, an assistant volleyball coach at Bethel, and their daughter Amari Joy and son Braxton
