Emily Willart will embark on her first season as Bethel University women's scocer coach in 2026 with a deep background in Minnesota’s collegiate and youth soccer landscapes.

Willaert previously spent 12 seasons as an assistant coach at the College of Saint Benedict, where she helped maintain the program's competitive edge in the MIAC. Beyond the college game, she is heavily involved in elite player development, serving on the coaching staff for the Minnesota Olympic Development Program (ODP) and working regionally as a newly appointed US Soccer Talent ID Scout. Her sharp eye for talent and extensive regional recruitment network are invaluable assets to our program's growth and competitive success.
