Abbi Bates joined the Bethel athletic staff during the 2025-26 academic year as assistant director of athletic operations. The position was made possible by the NCAA Divsion III Ethic Minority and Women's Internship Grant which exists to train and develop the skills and characteristics necessary for achieving full-time success in an NCAA Division III setting.

Bates will help with event management and game day operations while assisting the athletic communications office in social media and various game day operations.
