About McKinzie:
McKinzie is back for another year of track at Bethel. The sophomore distance runner hopes to continue her success from freshman year. Last Indoor season she specialized in the 800 and 1000 meter runs. She dropped personal best times of 2:34.19 and 3:20.72 in both races respectively. Outdoor, McKinzie moved exclusively to the 800 where she improved her time to 2:33.35 at the Hamline Invitational. McKinzie is from Minot, North Dakota where her parents, Barry and Tiffanie, live.Â
