Bethel University Athletics

Jessica graduated from Wayzata High School in 2010. She was involved in many sports, including gymnastics, track and field, swim and dive, and was a sports medicine assistant. This Plymouth, Minn., native was awarded three letters in gymnastics, was All-Conference, All-Section, a Section Finalist, achieved All-State Honorable Mention and was appointed captain of her gymnastics team. In track and field, Jessica was awarded three letters, was a Section Finalist, and holds the freshmen pole vaulting record. Jessica was also the sports medicine assistant for the varsity football team and was awarded two years/letters while the team won the State Championship in 2009. In diving, she was also MVP. Outside of sports, Jessica was an Athena Award nominee, she was the Sports & Activities editor for the yearbook, a preschool teacher assistant for Sunday school, a volunteer for Urban Homeworks and Operation Christmas Child. Jessica was a member of the FCA, she was on the leadership team both at her church youth group and FCA and participated in band, gaining three letters. Daughter of Scott and Natalie Miller, Jessica is currently majoring in Athletic Training with a minor in Athletic Coaching. She aspires to become a Certified Athletic Trainer and to pursue a Masters Degree.
