Jill Gierke (Weinzettel) is a Bethel University alumni (Class of 2019) who has loved tennis since a very young age. She grew up in Hastings, MN where she learned the sport and began coaching youth programs and clinics from a young age. Jill's tennis career highlights and fondest memories are from her years playing at Bethel. She currently has the second most career wins in the program with 140 matches and was a 2 year captain and helped the lady Royals to their only MIAC Championship appearance and win over Gustavus in 2019.
Jill describes the Bethel tennis team as the place "where my faith and tennis flourished, and hopes to see many players have the same outstanding experience." Â

She currently lives in Woodbury, MN with her husband (Max) and daughter (Ruth) with another baby on the way in November 2025.Â
