David is a 2009 high school graduate from North Oaks, Minnesota. In school he played football, baseball and basketball and was awarded multiple letters for each sport, including three for baseball, two for football and two for basketball. For baseball, David has many athletic accomplishments. He was appointed captain of his baseball team, was a two-time All-Section Conference player, chosen as ‘MVPitcher’, achieved All-State Honorable Mention his junior year and All-State Academic his senior year. In football he was quarterback for two State tournament teams, and was appointed captain of his basketball team. Outside of sports, David was a four-year Academic Letterman, a National Honors Student member and was on the Baseball All-State Academic team. Son of Robert Freed and Miriam Zachary, David is currently Biokinetics with a minor in Biology.
