Rachel is a 2009 high school graduate from Becker, Minnesota. She was an active athlete in cross country, tennis, basketball, and softball. Rachel was awarded multiple letters for her years in these sports, and was given a letter for cross country, three for tennis, four for basketball and four for softball. She also achieved All-Conference in tennis her senior year, was a 3-time All-Conference player in softball, a 2-time All-Area athlete and was All-State her senior year. Rachel also achieved All-Conference Honorable Mention in basketball, finished in 3rd and 5th place in softball in the State Tourney, and won the basketball State Tourney of 2007. In school, she was an FCA leader. Rachel is the daughter of Gary and Ann Gilbert and is currently majoring in Health, Physical Education and D.A.P.E. In the future she wants to be a teacher and a coach.
