Angie Davison is in her second season as a member of the Bethel women’s basketball staff. Davison comes to BU after she played a significant role all four years of her playing career at the University of Northern Iowa. Davison appeared in 115 games and started 33 for the Panthers from 2013-17. Davison led UNI to the 2017 NCAA tournament for just the third time in program history after averaging 5.3 points, 2.4 rebounds, 1.6 assists, and 1.0 steals per game as a starter.
Off the court Davison, a four-time MVC Commissioner’s Academic Excellence Award winner and four-time MVC Honor Roll member, was selected to the 2017 WBCA Allstate Good Works Team. She was also recognized with the 2017 Dr. Charlotte West Scholar-Athlete Award, which honors one female and one male athlete in the Missouri Valley Conference for the highest excellence in academic achievement, athletics, service, and leadership.
