About Nicole: Nicole is a 2010 graduate from Holdingford High School. She played volleyball, basketball and track and was awarded two letters in volleyball, four letters in basketball and six letters in track. The Holdingford, Minn., native achieved All-Conference in both basketball and track and was All-State in track long and triple jump. Daughter of Tim and Sharon Berscheid, Nicole is currently majoring in Exercise Science at Bethel University.
