About Mitchell:  Elliott graduated from a Minneapolis High School in 2008.  During high school he participated and lettered in football, track, math, and choir.  He also earned awards for National Merit Scholar, All-State Choir, and State Track in Discus.  In his free time Mitchell enjoys playing guitar, singing, weightlifting, reading, and Dan Marino card-collecting.  He is majoring in Philosophy and minoring in Biblical Languages.  After he graduates from Bethel University, Elliott is planning on attending Seminary.

Why Bethel?:  "I chose to come to Bethel because of the great football program and the Bible classes."
