Biography
About Keith:
Keith had a tremendous 2016 season. Keith ran faster in the 200 and the 400 then he ever has before, but he is not content with that. Keith hopes to have another fast year by improving those times again. Keith also wants to secure a spot on one of the Royal relays.
Keith hopes to continue his success this season after an impressive Freshman campaign in 2015. Although a distance runner in high school, Keith quickly found his niche in the college sprints and has now established himself as one of Bethel's top sprinters. Last year Keith dropped impressive times in the 200, Indoor and Outdoor. He went on to qualify in the 200 and 100 for the Indoor and Outdoor Conference Meets respectively. Keith is from Grantsburg, Wisconsin where he lives with his parents, David and Valerie, and 4 siblings.Â
