Biography
About James:
At the indoor MIAC Championships James set the Bethel Men's Track and Field Heptathlon record. James is not looking back this upcoming 2017 season with goals to beat his own record in the Heptathlon and set the outdoor decathlon record as well.
James is a sophomore jumper, pole vaulter, and sprinter, making him one of Bethel's most versatile track athletes. During his freshman campaign in 2015, James qualified in the high jump and pole vault for the Indoor and Outdoor Conference meets. James went on to place 8th in the pole vault at the Outdoor Conference Championships. He hopes to continue having success in each of his events into this 2016 season. James is from Cambridge and lives with his parents, Doug and Lynn, and 2 siblings.
