Karissa is a 2012 graduated from Spring Lake Park High School where she participated in hockey, soccer and lacrosse. This Blaine, Minn., native was appointed captain and achieved All-Conference for hockey her senior year. She was also honored as “Most Dedicated” and “Most Tenacious” for lacrosse senior year. Outside of sports, Karissa was in the Yearbook Club and Ski/Snowboard Club. Thomson is currently undecided in her major at Bethel University.
