Katy is a 2012 high school graduate from Fond du Lac High School where she participated in hockey and track for two years. This Fond du Lac, Wisc., native was awarded as 2nd Team All-State for hockey and was on the National Honor Society. Daughter of Dawn Peterson and Randy Polakoski, Katy is currently majoring in Nursing with a minor in Spanish.
