Bethel University athletics is seeking student assistants to work as part of the social media team for the upcoming school year. These positions are eligible for internship status to receive class credit.

| ATHLETICS SOCIAL MEDIA ASSISTANT |
Athletic social media student assistants will assist the athletic communications team with creation and distribution of content to multiple platforms pre-game, in-game, and during the week.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with creation and distribution of content (graphics, GIFs, tweets/posts, photos/videos) to multiple platforms
- Provide social media coverage on gamedays for home and away events including live-tweeting
- Create real-time content for Instagram stories and other platforms, creatively
- Create content schedule for assigned sports
- Assist with content plan strategy
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Must be a current Bethel University undergraduate student
- Responsible for attending home games for assigned sports (includes days, nights, weekends, school breaks including J-Term)
- Interest in athletics
- Possess an interest in social/digital media
- Roughly 7-10 hours worked per week
- No experience required, all class years are encouraged to apply
