Bring Bethel Athletics’ live event streams to the next level and join the Bethel Sports Network as a member of the live broadcast team for the 2024-25 season.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up, operating and striking cameras (robotic, handheld, tripod mounted, and video drone)
- Assist in setting up, operating, and striking other equipment as necessary (cables, monitors,
- sets, etc.)
- Serve as a camera operator
- Maintain broadcast facilities
- Maintain brand and station image
Requirements:
- Must be a current Bethel University undergraduate student
- Must be able to work nights and weekends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high energy team setting
- Ability to take direction and work independently as needed
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely – both verbally and in writing
- Ability to solve problems independently
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand or sit for long periods of time
- Must be able to work nights and weekends
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Highly motivated and willing to learn
- No experience required, all class years are encouraged to apply

Athletic Broadcast Manager position. In addition to broadcast crew responsibilities this position is also responsible for directing and switching live events, ensuring live stream stability and is eligible for a higher rate of pay.
