About Amanda: As a graduate from White Bear Lake High School in 2010, Amanda participated in dance and played varsity tennis with the position of #2 singles. This Vadnais Heights, Minn., native was granted 4 letters in varsity tennis, as well as being chosen for MVP in tennis, given the Most Improved award and All-Conference Honorable Mention her junior year. While being tennis captain her senior year, she also was awarded the Bruce Getchell Award through Liftetime Fitness for tennis and All-Conference. As extracurricular activities, Amanda lettered in academics and was in Ambassadors for 2 years. Daughter of Mark and Gayle Johnson, Amanda is majoring in Elementary Education and desires to someday be a kindergarten teacher.
