2011 StatisticsAs a 2010 graduate from Staples Motley High School, Abby participated in both tennis and softball. This Staples, Minn., native was a six-year letter winner in tennis, five-time State team participant, four-time State Class A individuals participant, and a 2008 Class A MN singles runner up. Abby was also a 4 year softball letter winner, Staples Lions MVP 2009 for tennis and a 2010 for softball. Outside of sports, Abby was in the National Honor Society, ranked No. 4 in class for GPA, received the three-year Spanish award, and was a member of Junior/Senior class directors. She is the daughter of Cathy Edin and Mike and Bonny Edin, and is currently majoring in Spanish Education K-12/Teaching English as Second Language K-12 with the aspiration of being a teacher.
